Michael D. Malloy is a member of the firm. He is a graduate of Fairfield University (CT) (B.A., Valedictorian, College of Arts and Sciences, 1977), the Rutgers University School of Law (J.D. 1980) and the New York University School of Law (LL.M 1989). For the last thirty years he has represented individuals and companies in a wide range of litigation and transactions implicating the law of contacts, real estate, insurance, banking, bankruptcy and the UCC. He has been an author and lecturer, most recently in the area of creditor’s rights and real estate law. He is a past Chairman of the District V-B Ethics Committee and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Banking Law Section). Mr. Malloy is admitted to the bars of New Jersey (1980) and the U.S. District Court (N.J., 1980). Opinions of note include First American Title Ins. Co. v.
